CVAS is available Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:00AM to 4:00PM.
CVAS is unavailable on Public Holidays.
To receive calls from hearing parties, please remain logged into the PUC app. Even if your phone is asleep, you will receive calls from the agents.
CVAS is a new service and is in its pilot phase. As such, our agents are now developing their skill and experience in handling Video Relay Service (VRS) and Video Relay Assistance (VRA) calls, so we ask that you bear with them as you help them become familiar and comfortable with the system they use to assist you.
Your feedback is important to help the CTU and its partners configure an effective service after the completion of the pilot phase. To ensure we receive as much feedback as possible, please complete a one-minute survey about your call that the agent will send to you via a PUC chat message.
